Description
Used 15mm steel spindle, that has been cleaned and had fresh zinc professionally applied. Sleeve nut that is retained in the slider is included.
Maximum overall length when the sleeve nut is in place is 235mm.
The larger diameter of the shaft is just under 20mm in diameter and approximately 60mm long.
The sleeve nut is also just shy of 20mm and 40mm in length It presses into the slider. So both sliders need to have 20mm holes in them.
This set up was used in numerous bikes in era. I like it as there are fewer parts to lose in the dirt when you change the wheel!
The end of the shaft has a cross drilled hole which has signs of use
